Walkthrough[]
After charging the key with Folger, enter the Fall Tower Basement. This room is Room 1 (Basement 1). Make it to the second room (Basement 2), and insert the key into the machine. This unlocks the Fall Tower Upper Floors Entrance. There is a poster on the wall (Folger's Notes) on the far left side of Basement 1 that tells you the order in which to activate the levers on each floor: Floor 2, Floor 1, Basement 1, Basement 2. This unlocks the rest of the Fall Tower. Lady Woe is on Room 6 (Floor 4). After defeating her, you can attain the Fall Crest resting at her feet. Make sure you collect it before leaving! You can access Room 7 (Floor 5) now through the new portal on the ladder. Because of a glitch, you may need to go down to Room 5 and back up to access the Room 7 portal. There is a large telescope and a chest on there, but no battles. If you still don't get the portal, talk to Folger and return back. You need to defeat all battles in the upper floors though.
